Nagpur autowallah steals customer’s belongings worth Rs 9 lakh

An Autowallah in Nagpur on late Sunday night at around 12:30 am stole belongings worth Rs 9,22,000 from a lady customer at Adarsh Colony, Nagpur.

→ An Autowallah in Nagpur on late Sunday night at around 12:30 am, stole belongings worth Rs 9,22,000 from a lady customer at Adarsh Colony, Nagpur.

→ The incident took place when, Prerna Amit Pise (28), a resident of plot no 52, Adarsh Colony, Nagpur,  was returning from Nagpur Railway Station. Prerna, who had just reached Nagpur after attending a wedding in Betul, took the auto ride along with her mother and daughter from the nearby Manas Square.

→ When Prerna reached home, she started taking out the four bags she was carrying from the auto. After she was done taking out the two bags, the autowallah accelerated the auto and fled with the remaining two bags, which had jewellery and clothes in them.

→ On the basis of a complaint registered by Prerna, PSI MS Munde of Pratap Nagar Police Station has registered a case under section 308 of IPC against the autowallah.
