Orange City Pride March 2018 brings LGBT community from different cities to Nagpur

Nagpur’s LGBT community participated in large numbers at the third Orange City Pride March 2018 organsied by city NGO Sarathi Trust on January 13, 2018. Sarathi Trust has been working for the rights of people of the community since the last 10 years.

Apart from Nagpur, people from cities like Kolkata, Pune, Raipur, Bhopal, Chandrapur, Wardha, Yavatmal, Rishikesh and Mizoram also attended the march. Also present at the march were India’s first openly gay royale Prince Manvendra sing Gohil, MLA Dr Milind Mane, Founder president of Sarathi Trust Anand Chandrani and CEO Nikunj Joshi.

The march started from Samvidhan Square in the afternoon and then reached back at the square after covering Zero Mile, Rani Jhansi Square and Variety Square.
