Blackheads are one of the most irritating and dirty looking bumps, which take away the charm from our face. Blackheads occur when pollutants, grime, dead skin cells, sebum and certain germs accumulate in the open pores and form a plug. These are initially brown coloured dots on the skin, but as they accumulate inside the pores, the excess oil gets stuck and gets oxidised. This oxidation process turns these dots into black, leaving the skin rough and bumpy. Most common places where blackheads appear are nose, cheeks and chin. Pollution and dirt are the major reason for blackheads on the face. They not only become a cause of worry for girls; even men face these issues. For one and all, here are few remedies, which will help you remove blackheads at home, as well as prevent their further occurrence.
