A six-year-old Nagpur girl named Tunisha Poacha recently donated around 5000 school bags to underprivileged children. A class one student from Bhartiya Vidya Mandir (BVM), Tunisha got inspired by her father Khushroo, who runs an NGO – Seva Kitchen – from Nagpur.

When Khushroo asked his daughter the numbers of bags she’d give the needy – 100, 200, 1000 or 5000, Tunisha was quick to choose the latter. Tunisha said if her father could provide groceries and clothes to the needy, why couldn’t she give them school bags. She said, “Next, I wish to give them water bottles and tiffin boxes!”

Speaking to Nation Next, the proud father said, “We’ve managed to send around 3000 bags to NGO ‘Goonj,’ 640 to drought-hit Parni, 50 in Melghat and over 1000 bags in and around Nagpur. When asked what Tunisha wishes to become in future, Khushroo said, “I want her to be an entrepreneur with a soul.”
