A 30-year-old man was murdered today morning at 6:30 am near Ganga Jamuna, Itwari, Nagpur. The deceased has been identified as Rajesh Belekar.

→ A 30-year-old man was brutally murdered near Ganga Jamuna, Itwari, Nagpur, today morning at 6:30 am. The deceased has been identified as Rajesh Belekar. Rajesh was the owner of a cycle stand near Ganga Jamuna premises.

→ Rajesh was murdered over an old dispute. According to the Lakadganj police, three days back, Rajesh threatened one auto driver named Roshan Chourasia (26) for not returning the money he borrowed from Rajesh. Fearing for his life, Roshan decided to eliminate Rajesh with help of his two auto driver friends – Sonu Sakhare (26) and Santosh Srivas (30).

→ After a heated argument early in the morning today, Roshan attacked and slit Rajesh’s throat with a chopper. Rajesh and Roshan were old friends.

→ Speaking to Nation Next, Lakadganj police station PI, Satyavan Mane said, “We got a call from control room about the murder at 6:45 am in the morning. After the investigation, we got to know that along with Roshan, two more men were involved in the murder. We sent our team to search for them and found all three of them near Panchpaoli area. A case has been registered against the culprits and they have been booked under Section 302, Section 34 and Section 120 of the Indian Penal Code.”
