Students of Nagpur’s Cindrebay School of Design had a gala time together as they celebrated their academic success at the institute’s annual day cum graduation ceremony held at Chitnavis Centre on May 4.
The function, which also marked the 2nd anniversary of the institute, was attended by renowned city architect Ashok Mokha. Also present during the function were architect Khushboo Agarwal (Regional Director, Cindrebay), city educationist Nikhil Mundle and Shilpa Agarwal (Mrs Universe Lovely).
During the fucntion, around 19 students were awarded with diplomas. Quite a few students were also felicitated for their outstanding performance in their respective streams. While the ‘Student of the Year’ award was given to Dharamraj Jaiswal, three students: Shraddha Gupta, Krishna Baghele and Karishma Mahetkar were awarded with first, second and third prize respectively for their excellent performance in academics. ‘Interior Designer and Fashion Designer of the Year’ awards were given to Liladhar Suthar and Dhanshree Dharmik.
The function was followed by an exhibition displaying work of the creative work by the students of Cindrebay School of Design.
