Bollywood actor Ajay Devgn was ‘humbled’ after Nagpur Police screened his super hit film ‘Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior’ at a shelter home to ‘decrease anxiety’ during COVID-19 lockdown. Tanhaji was the first film that was played at the open theatre in the shelter home.
Nagpur Police on its official twitter handle wrote, “Watching a film redirects the attention and it’s an excellent way to decrease anxiety. Nagpur Police has set up an open theatre at the shelter home,” they wrote.
Ajay Devgn, who essayed the role of Tanhaji in the film, took notice of the tweet and said, “If I or my films can help in any way, it makes me happy. Great efforts by you sirs. Humbled.”
Tanhaji: The Unsung Warrior also starred Kajol and Saif Ali Khan. It was a super hit movie that earned over 279 crore at the box office.
