Bollywood megastar Amitabh Bachchan (77) has been hospitalised from past three days due to a liver ailment in Mumbai. As per reports, the senior actor was rushed to a hospital on October 15 at 2 am. It has been said that Big B has been kept in a special room equivalent to an ICU, where his family has been visiting him.
Bachchan in 1982 had contracted Hepatitis B virus while undergoing treatment for his near-fatal accident in 1982 on the sets of Coolie. That’s when 75% of his liver stopped working due to cirrhosis as one of his blood donors carried Hepatitis B virus.
