A day after he was sacked as the Water and Tourism Minister from the Delhi cabinet, AAP leader Kapil Mishra has alleged corruption against Delhi Chief Minister and AAP national convener Arvind Kejriwal. Speaking to the media on Sunday, Kapil Mishra said: “Day before yesterday (Friday), I saw Satyendra Jain (Delhi Health and PWD Minister) give Rs 2 crore to Arvind Kejriwal. When I asked him (Kejriwal) about the same, he said that such things happen in politics.” Mishra further said that he could not sleep after this and informed the Delhi anti corruption bureau and Lt Arun Baijal about it. He added that he was willing to provide details to investigating agencies as well.

While Delhi BJP chief Manoj Tiwari and Delhi Congress president Ajay Maken have demanded Kejriwal’s resignation after Mishra levelled the charges against the Delhi CM, many AAP leaders including Kumar Vishwas have come in support of Kejriwal saying that he can never indulge in corruption.
