Specially-abled rickshaw puller feeds poor with 2 years’ savings in COVID-19 lockdown

 An e- rickshaw puller Amar Debnath suffering from polio in Assam distributed food items to needy during COVID-19 lockdown in Doboka with his savings of two years. The 40-year-old Debnath brought the e-rickshaw in 2018 by taking a bank loan under Pradhan Mantri MUDRA Yojana. He said he was also a poor man but still decided to feed people as they were in dire need.
