The bench of five judges of Supreme Court headed by CJI Ranjan Gogoi has ordered the centre to form a trust to build a temple on the disputed site in the decades-old Ram Janmabhoomi-Babri Masjid land dispute case. The apex court has ordered to be allotted 5 acres of alternative land somewhere else in Ayodhya to Sunni Waqf Board to build a Masjid.

SC has ordered the centre to formulate a scheme in three months to set up a board of trustees for construction of temple at the dispute structure.
