Three years back Azam Khan’s ‘buffaloes’ made headlines as the Uttar Pradesh police traced them. It’s time for them to track down SP leader Munawwar Saleem’s missing ‘goats’ in Madhya Pradesh. Surprisingly, the police have already tracked 17 of the 23 goats in 24 hours.

Saleem, who’s considered to be close friends with Azam Khan, said that his 23 goats were stolen when his farmhouse employees were busy in a family function. The goats, which were mostly high breed ones, from Alwar and Agra, were worth between Rs 2 lakh and Rs 3 lakh.

While three goats were found dead, the police are looking for the remaining three. Saleem’s brother Munassar said, “We are grateful for the prompt efforts of Vidisha police in finding most of the stolen goats and hope that remaining goats too will return to us soon.”
