Gangs of Wasseypur actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui recently unveiled the first teaser poster of his upcoming action thriller film Babumoshai Bandookbaaz and it certainly creates a lot curiosity.

Nawazuddin’s look in the poster is quite raw and reminds of his look in Gangs of Wasseypur (2012) and Manjhi – The Mountain Man (2015). In the poster Nawazuddin can be seen walking in a deserted field wearing a banyan and lungi with a gun tucked behind his lungi. He is carrying a dalda can indicating that he is on his way to answer the nature’s call! He is also seen scratching and has a transistor hung on his shoulder.

The film, which is directed by Kushan Nandy (Son of Pritish Nandy), is about the life and times of a small time contract killer, Babu, played by Siddiqui.

The film was initially going to hit the theatres in 2016 but could not be released due to lack of resources. Also, a controversy took place when actress Chitrangada Singh refused to shoot an intimate scene as she was not comfortable with it.
