Bollywood bids a fond farewell on Twitter as they mourn Vinod Khanna’s demise

Veteran actor and BJP MP from Gurdaspur Vinod Khanna passed away earlier this morning at Sir HN Reliance Foundation Hospital, Mumbai. The actor was said to be ailing with severe dehydration and advanced bladder cancer and was admitted to the Reliance Foundation Hospital on March 31, 2017. According to the hospital, the actor breathed his last at 11:20 am today (April, 27).

Ever since the news of his death broke out, people from all across the country have been writing condolence messages on Twitter. From PM Narendra Modi to cricketer Virendra Sehwag to Khanna’s colleagues from the film fraternity, everybody expressed their love and affection towards the actor.

The late actor is survived by his wife Kavita and sons – Akshaye and Rahul– and daughters – Sakshi and Shraddha.
