COVID-19: NMC extends lockdown till May 31 | Here’s what’s allowed and not allowed

Hours after Maharashtra Government announced the extension of lockdown in the state till May 31, NMC too issued an order of lockdown extension till the midnight of May 31. Through a communiqué, NMC shared the details of the activities, which will be permitted during the extended period of the lockdown.

While shops repairing coolers, home appliances, mobile phones, computers and selling hardware materials will be able to operate on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, shops related to auto spares, tyres, oils, lubricants, stationary, etc., will be able to operate on Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday.
