As per Pakistani news channel Samaa, a dejected Pakistani fan has filed a petition in Gujranwala Civil Court against Pakistan Cricket Team seeking a ban on it following the team’s defeat against arch-rivals India in ICC World Cup 2019 on June 16 in Manchester.

The petitioner, whose name has not been revealed, apart from a ban on the team, has also demanded the dissolution of chief selector Inzaman-ul-Haq-led selection committee.

Meanwhile, Geo News has reported that Pakistan Cricket Board’s Governing Board is expected to take a decision on major changes in the team’s management during the board’s meeting scheduled in Lahore on Wednesday.

Pakistan Team is facing a lot of backlash from cricket fans and former cricketers for its dismal performance against India. Pakistan lost the match to India by 89 runs.
