    Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis tendered his resignation as the CM to Governor of Maharashtra Bhagat Singh Koshyari today afternoon.

    Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis tendered his resignation as the Chief Minister to Governor of Maharashtra Bhagat Singh Koshyari today afternoon in Mumbai.

    The NCP and the Congress won 54 and 44 seats respectively out of 288 seats in the Maharashtra Assembly Elections where the majority mark is 145. The BJP and Shiv Sena have so far failed to reach an agreement to come together to form government despite the deadline of forming the government is coming to an end tomorrow.
