L to R: Dr Subramanian Swamy and Rajnikanth

BJP MP Dr Subramanian Swamy, who’s known to launch direct verbal attack, is in no mood to spare superstar Rajnikanth this time. Swamy warned Rajnikanth to stay away from politics as he’s not well educated. According to a report in India Today, Swamy also said that the actor’s ‘sense of politics’ is very bad and also termed his joining of politics (if) as a ‘joke.’

The BJP MP reacted when the superstar addressed his fans after a gap of eight years as he (Rajnikanth) said, “God decides what we have to do in life. Right now, he wants me to be an actor and I’m fulfilling my responsibility. God willing, I will enter politics tomorrow. If I enter, I will be very truthful and will not entertain people who are in this to make money. I won’t work with such people.”

Speaking further about his past alliance with DMK-TMC to a leading daily, he said, “Almost 21 years ago, I had for some reason announced my support to a coalition, for which my fans and people of Tamil Nadu ensured a victory. Since that day, my name is being dragged in every election. That’s why I keep clarifying the fact that I don’t support any political party.”

Check out some of their tweets below, in which Swamy also took a dig at Kamal Hasan:
