Moments after Nagpur Metro Rail was inaugurated

Minutes after Prime Minister Narendra Modi flagged off the ambitious Nagpur Metro Rail project in Nagpur, citizens turned the squeaky clean station into a garbage bin. The 13.5-kilometre phase of the Nagpur Metro route, comprising five stations from Khapri-Sitabuldi, will be opened for passengers from March 8.

Guests present during the inauguration of metro rail at Airport South Station at Wardha Road littered the premises with boxes of snacks provided during the event. To much horror, not even a single dustbin could be seen during the event, which was attended by hundreds of people.
