Three women booked for kidnapping and selling 22-year-old Nagpur girl for Rs 75,000

    Gittikhadan Police have booked three people for kidnapping and selling a 22-year-old girl for Rs 75,000 in Madhya Pradesh in July 2018.

    As per the police, on July 14, 2018, the three women Asha Rokde, Usha Rokde, Chanda Gajbhiye and an unidentified man smothered the girl using chloroform and then kidnapped her. The girl was then sold to a man named Ashok Sisodiya in Shahjanpur in Madhya Pradesh. The girl was also forcibly married to Sisodiya.

    On the basis of the victim’s complaint, Gittikhadan Police have booked the three women and the unidentified man under sections 363, 366, 328, 370, 504 and 34 of the IPC and have launched a search for the accused.
