HCL Tech to expand MIHAN campus by 90 acres; plans to create 8000 jobs

    HCL Technologies (HCL) and Maharashtra Airport Development Company (MADC) signed an agreement on Monday to expand their MIHAN campus in Nagpur by 90 acres.

    HCL Technologies (HCL) and Maharashtra Airport Development Company (MADC) signed an agreement on Monday to expand their MIHAN campus in Nagpur by 90 acres. The move would generate an employment by providing 8000 jobs as compared to the current employment of 800 employees at MIHAN.

    According to the agreement, HCL would add 90 acres of land to their already existing 50-acre campus at MIHAN. HCL started its business operations in Nagpur in April 2018 and has more than 800 employees at present.

    Union minister Nitin Gadkari said, “The expansion of the HCL campus in Nagpur will provide multiple opportunities to local talent and promote growth and development in Nagpur.”

    The company would also conduct a recruitment drive in Nagpur on 24th and 25th August at its MIHAN campus. This drive would offer opportunities to engineering, non-engineering, diploma students as well as students who have completed their Class XII.
