Indian Railways extends suspension of train services till April 14

 After PM Modi's decision to implement 21-day lockdown in the country, Indian Railways has decided to extend suspension of its train services till April 14.

After Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s March 24 speech, during which he announced the decision of the 21-day lockdown in the entire country to curb spread of Coronavirus, the Indian Railways  has decided to extend suspension of its train services till April 14. However, the freight trains for goods and essential commodities will continue to operate.
