John Abraham to star in Nikkhil Advani’s ‘Batla House’

Actor John Abraham has teamed up with filmmaker Nikkhil Advani for his next film – Batla House - based the real life 'Operation Batla House' terrorist encounter.

Actor John Abraham who is waiting for the release of his films Parmanu: The story of Pokhran and Satyameva Jayate, has signed yet another exciting project. The macho actor has teamed up with director Nikkhil Advani for his next film – Batla House. The news was confirmed by trade analyst and film critic Taran Adarsh on Twitter.

In the film, which is based on the real life Operation Batla House terrorist encounter in 2008, John will be playing the role of a cop. The shooting of the film will start in September 2018 and the film will be shot in Delhi, Mumbai, Jaipur and Nepal.

Nikkhil, who started his mainstream film career with the film Kal Ho Na Ho in 2003, last directed John for the film Salaam-e-Ishq in 2007.
