Former army chief and President of Pakistan Pervez Musharraf, on Friday, in an interview to ARY news, said that Kulbhushan Jadhav is a bigger terrorist than Ajmal Kasab – one of the perpetrators of the 2008 Mumbai terror attacks, in which more than 150 people were killed.  Musharraf, who’s accused of high treason in Pakistan, also said that while Ajmal Kasab was ‘just a pawn,’ Jadhav is responsible for indulging people in carrying out terrorist activities and may have killed many people till date.

Two days ago, International Court of Justice (ICJ) stayed Kulbhushan Jadhav’s excecution, who was sentenced to death by a Pakistani military court last month on charges of espionage. Jadhav is a former Indian Navy officer turned businessman, who Pakistan says is a Research and Analysis Wing (RAW) agent and is responsible for promoting unrest in Balochistan. After, Pakistan denied Jadhav’s consular access to India and sentenced him death, India approached the ICJ. Pervez Musharraf speaking about ICJ’s decision said that Pakistan should have ignored India’s petition at ICJ as it is a matter of national security for Pakistan.
