Massive fire breaks out on sets of Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan’s film Coolie No.1

A massive fire broke out on sets of Varun Dhawan and Sara Ali Khan’s upcoming film Coolie No.1 on Wednesday. As per a report in Mumbai Mirror, the fire started at around 12:30 am, after which firefighters and police rushed to Filmistan Studio in Goregaon to douse the fire. Thankfully, nobody was hurt in the fire.

Coolie No.1, which is directed by Varun’s father David Dhawan and produced by Vashu Bhagnani, Jackky Bhagnani and Deepshikha Deshmukh, is the remake of the 1995 film of the same name. The old film was also directed by David Dhawan and starred Govinda and Karisma Kapoor in lead roles.

This is the third time that the father-son duo of David and Varun have come together for a film. Earlier, they had teamed up for the 2014 film Main Tera Hero and 2017 hit film Judwaa 2.
