Union Minister and BJP MP from Lok Sabha Babul Supriyo on Tuesday threatened to break a man’s leg and put him on crutches. The singer-turned-politician said the same during an event for differently abled persons in West Bengal’s Asansol.

Supriyo, who was present at the function to donate wheelchairs, etc., for the differently abled, was distracted by a man as he was fidgeting. Supriyo in a fit of rage reacted by saying, “Why are you moving? Please sit down.”

He then said, “What happened to you? Any problem? I can break one of your legs and give you a crutch.” Supriyo then proceeded towards his security personnel to instruct them to break the man’s leg and give him a crutch if he moved again. Shockingly, he then asked the audience to give the man a round of applause.
