Nagpur: MSEB chief engineer commits suicide by coming under speeding train

Maharashtra State Electricity Board (MSEB) chief engineer Dilip Ghugal committed suicide by coming under goods train on Friday morning in Nagpur. The 53-year-old engineer, who belonged to Katol, told his driver that he had come to receive his friend at Nagpur Central Railway Station. Ghugal went to platform number one and jumped on the railway track where a goods train was speeding.

Police, who came across some money, ID cards, cell phone of Ghugal during a search, approached his driver after the incident. The driver said that he was waiting for Ghugal to return as the latter had gone to receive his friend.
