Nagpur achievers from different fields felicitated by SARATHI on its 28th anniversary

SARATHI (Small Industries, Artists, Rural Artisans, Talents and Handicrafts Institution) to commemorate its 28th anniversary recently organised a felicitation function ‘Scroll of Honour’ at Kusumtai Wankhede Hall in Nagpur. At the function, eight achievers were felicitated for their outstanding contribution towards their respective fields like sports, arts, culture, industry and commerce.

Those who were felicitated included: Chess grandmaster Raunak Sidhwani (he won a gold medal in Commonwealth games), Businessmen Sanjay Sharma and Pyare Khan, Filmmaker Tejas Deoskar (Director, Bucket List), Mohammad Sahil, Sunil Deshpande and Actor Leekha Mukund, who starred in the popular TV show ‘Tu Tu Main Main.’

While Dr Brijesh Dixit (MD, Maharashtra Metro Rail Corporation Limited) was the chief guest at the function, Vishram Jamdar (Chairman, VNIT, Nagpur) was the guest of honour. The function was conducted smoothly with help from Prashant Kale (President, SARATHI), Shirkant Doifode (Working President), Amit Girdhar Heda (Secretary, Governing Council), VV Sahasrabudhe (Chairman, Scroll of Honour Committee) and founders Amar and Dr Anirudha Vazalwar.
