Nagpur: Four, including dreaded goon, booked for raping 16-year-old girl

Nagpur’s Ajni Police, on Saturday, booked four men, including dread goon Rohit Ramteke, for raping a 16-year-old girl by threatening her with a knife on May 4.

As per the police, the four men Rohit, Akash, Saurabh and Chandu, while travelling on two bikes, kidnapped the girl and took her to an apartment in the outskirts of the city. The four men then gang raped her the entire night and let her go the following day.

Rohit Ramteke, who is currently in Nagpur Central Jail, has been booked earlier as well in gang rape cases. Nagpur police had invoked Maharashtra Control of Organized Crime Act (MCOCA) against him and his gang in 2013.
