Nagpur gangster Lucky Khan injured in firing at Mankapur

Nagpur gangster Lucky Khan (33), who has several offences registered against him, was left injured following a firing carried out by some men on Tuesday in Mankapur.

As per the police, Lucky along with a friend, was heading towards Koradi from Shree Ram Tower when his four-wheeler was stopped by some men near Kalpana Talkies Square in Mankapur. The men – Sohail, Dharam Thakur, Rajesh, Nabbu, Aqeel, Ghulam Arif and a few others – then opened fire on Lucky. The attack injured Lucky’s right hand.

Lucky was later rushed to a private hospital, where he is undergoing treatment. The attack is said to be a result of rivalry between two gangs. On the basis of Lucky’s complaint, Mankapur Police have booked the attackers under sections 141, 143, 147, 148, 149, 341, 307 and 120 (B) of the IPC and other relevant sections of different acts.
