Nagpur High Court Bar Association elects its executive committee for 2017-19

Nagpur High Court Bar Association (HCBA) held its Executive Committee Elections yesterday to choose the executive committee for 2017-19.

Nagpur High Court Bar Association (HCBA) held its Executive Committee Elections yesterday to choose the executive committee for 2017-19. The voting process started at around 9 am and concluded at 5 pm. Registered lawyers with the Nagpur High Court could only vote for electing the Executive Committee consisting of President, Vice President, Secretary, Joint Secretary, Treasurer, Library in-charge and nine executive members.

When the results were announced, Advocate Anil S Kilor was elected as the President of The High Court Bar Association of Nagpur. Advocate Kilor won by a margin of 61 votes. While Advocate G Venkatraman and Advocate P B Patil were elected as the Vice Presidents,  Advocate PS Khubalkar was elected as the Secretary. Advocate Bhushan N Mohata, Advocate PD Kane and Advocate UK Bisen were elected as the Joint Secretary, Treasurer and Library in-charge respectively.

The elected nine member executive team for 2017-19 consists of Advocate SR Charpe, Advocate PM Anjikar, Advocate KC Deogade, Advocate AA Pannase, Advocate Sonali M Saware, Advocate Ali Mir Nagman, Advocate DA Sonwane, Advocate JP Junghare and Advocate PM Koratkar.
