IPS and Deputy Commissioner of Police, Nagpur, Harssh Poddar on his twitter handle wrote, “Cops don’t get to play Holi in the day cuz they’re too busy making it safe for citizens. Luckily our friends at the Kamptee orphanage were only too happy to play with us after sundown. They dusted the gulaal from the uniforms, unaware that khaki is a celebration of colour.”
