At 47.5°C, Nagpur records this summer’s highest maximum temperature

    As per weather forecast service – Skymet Weather – Nagpur, on Tuesday (May 28), at 47.5°C, recorded this summer’s highest maximum temperature. As per Skymet Weather, looking at the ongoing conditions, no relief is expected from heat wave conditions in the coming days. In fact, heat wave is expected to intensify in several parts of Vidarbha in the next few days.

    On Monday, mercury touched new heights as the temperature crossed 46°C in Vidarbha and Marathwada. Bharmapuri and Nagpur were the hottest cities in India on Monday with a temperature of 46.7°C. Wardha, Chandrapur and Parbhani recorded 46.5°C, 46.4°C and 46.1°C respectively on Monday.
