Dr Nitin Raut from Nagpur takes oath as minister in Thackeray-led govt.

    Senior Congress leader from Nagpur Dr Nitin Raut took oath as a minister in the new Maharashtra government of Shiv Sena-NCP-Congress on Thursday evening.

    Senior Congress leader from Nagpur and MLA from North Nagpur Dr Nitin Raut took oath as a minister in the new Maharashtra government of Shiv Sena-NCP-Congress on Thursday evening. 

    Raut, who is the chairman of AICC’s scheduled caste department, was the Cabinet Minister for Employment Guarantee and Water Conservation in the Government of Maharashtra till 2014.
