Parihar approached Tiwari and told her that he is an NMC official and he will be taking action against her for not wearing a mask. When Parihar took a picture of Tiwari as a proof, Tiwari hurled abuses at Parihar and called two men Vinod Damarkumar Shahi (42) and Rajesh Damarkumar Shahi (37) to the locations. The brothers started beating Parihar as soon as they reached the spot.

Based on a complaint filed by Parihar, Gittikhadan Police have booked Tiwari and Shahi brothers under sections 353, 333, 188, 504, 270, 34 and 51 (B)(3) of the IPC.
