Now Marathi language compulsory till 10th standard in Maharashtra schools

Maharashtra government led by Uddhav Thackeray passed a bill to make Marathi language a compulsory subject till 10th standard across the state. The bill was passed on Wednesday in the Maharashtra State Legislative Council in Mumbai. Now Marathi language has become a compulsory subject in all boards in the state.
