One man commits suicide, another dies in sleep at quarantine centre in Chandrapur

A 30-year-old man committed suicide and another 40-year-old man died in his sleep on Saturday at the Government Engineering College quarantine centre in Chandrapur. Both men, who were put under institutional quarantine, died in different rooms.

As per a report, the 30-year-old man, who hailed from Sham Nagar in Chandrapur, was put under institutional quarantine after his return from Nagpur. He committed suicide at the room, which was provided to him at the girl’s hostel on the college campus.

The 40-year-old man, who was a resident of Sirpur village in Yavatmal’s Wani, was put up at the residential building along with his family. He died in his asleep.
