Congress President Rahul Gandhi made a report card for PM Narendra Modi, in which he tagged the latter as a master communicator and self-promoter. Gandhi, who created a report card without naming Modi, criticised the BJP government on its fourth anniversary on Saturday.

Gandhi evaluated the Modi led BJP government in the report card by giving an ‘F’ grade (Fail) in four parameters: agriculture, foreign policy, fuel prices and job creation. Coming down heavily on the PM, the Congress chief blamed Modi for having a ‘short attention span.’

Gandhi further wrote that Modi is an expert in slogan creation and gave Modi, the yoga enthusiast a ‘B-’ for Yoga. He remarked that Modi is that student, who is struggling with complex issues.
