BVM and Centre Point school students shine at the inter-school quiz competition ‘Quiz-o-range’

An inter-school quiz competition ‘Quiz-o-range’ was conducted in Nagpur by educational start-up Logicology at Kalidasa Auditorium, Persistent Systems Ltd, on August 27,2017. The competition, which was meant for students of class 5-8 students from different Nagpur schools saw a participation from 100 teams from 15 schools. Retired Air Vice Marshall Dr D K Pande was the chief guest at the competition and also distributed prizes to the winners.The competition was divided in the two categories – junior category (Class 5 and 6) and senior category (Class 7 and 8). While students from BVM (Trimurti Nagar, Nagpur) emerged victorious in the junior category, students from Centre Point School (Katol Road, Nagpur) were the winners of the senior category.

Speaking to Nation Next about Quiz-o-range, Gayatri Phadnis Vyas, Founder, Logicology, said, “This is the second time we have organised Quiz-o-range. We try to conduct these competitions so as to provide exposure to students for top level quizzes. There are a lot of national level quizzes which fortunately also take place in Nagpur. The competition in these quizzes is at a different level altogether. We aim to give exposure to students so that they can do well in such competitions.”
