Railway ticket examiner turns midwife, helps woman deliver baby on train

A train ticket examiner from Delhi division HS Rana turned Good Samaritan on Thursday night by turning midwife and helping woman deliver baby on train.

A train ticket examiner from Delhi division HS Rana turned Good Samaritan on Thursday night by turning midwife on train. Rana along with the help of few co-passengers on train helped a pregnant woman deliver baby in the absence of any doctor.

Ministry of Railways on Friday on its official twitter handle wrote, “INDIAN RAILWAYS, SERVING PASSENGERS WITH SMILE: TTE of delhi division Shri H.S.Rana helped a woman deliver baby at night, with help of co-passengers, when no doctor could be found on train. His Samaritan and humanitarian act makes us feel proud.”
