President to visit Wardha tomorrow, likely to have lunch at Raj Bhavan in Nagpur

    President of India would visit Wardha on August 17 and 18 to attend golden jubilee celebrations of Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences.

    President of India Ram Nath Kovind would be visiting Wardha on August 17 and 18, 2019. On August 17th, the President would attend the golden jubilee celebrations of the Mahatma Gandhi Institute of Medical Sciences (MGIMS) at Sevagram, Wardha.

    He would also visit Bapu Kuti at Gandhi Sevagram Ashram. On the same day, the President would inaugurate various renovation and restoration projects of Raj Bhavan in Mumbai.

    On August 18, 2019, the President would inaugurate a heritage site museum in the bunker at Raj Bhavan Mumbai, before returning to New Delhi.

    Apart from the President, Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Maharashtra Governor Vidyasagar Rao, etc., would also be present at the same event. According to sources, the President is likely to have lunch at Raj Bhavan tomorrow in Nagpur.
