Rujuta Diwekar, well-known nutrition and wellness expert, rose to celebrity hood when she transformed Kareena Kapoor Khan into size zero figure for her movie Tashan. Diwekar, who’s the brain and inspiration behind Kapoor, is also the fitness trainer to Anil Ambani. Here’s the lowdown on certain age-old common food myths by Rutuja Diwekar

One: The more you get scared, the more health problems you face.

Two: Ghee is a cure for acidity.

Three: There’s no link between wine and a healthy heart.

Four: Coconut, ghee, cashews are cholesterol minimisers/reducers.

Five: Green tea and oats benefit their manufacturers only.
