Diwekar, who’s the brain and inspiration behind Kapoor, is also the fitness trainer to Anil Ambani. Here’s the lowdown on certain age-old common food myths by Rutuja Diwekar
One: The more you get scared, the more health problems you face.
Two: Ghee is a cure for acidity.
Three: There’s no link between wine and a healthy heart.
Four: Coconut, ghee, cashews are cholesterol minimisers/reducers.
