National Education and Human Resource Development Organisation organised the national level seminar and award function on 25th September 2019 at Hotel Kohinoor Continental, Andheri in Mumbai. Sanjeev Pendharkar director of Vicco Laboratories, who was the chief guest in the function, that also included a seminar, was felicitated for his outstanding achievements.

Pendharkar in the best of spirits delivered a motivational speech on the occasion.
The topic of the speech was how individual can contribute to nation’s growth, Pendharkar explained how VICCO managed to earn hard earned foreign exchange, which is the most difficult task in today’s most stringent registration norms for export. He also advised the audience and industrialists how they can contribute to the nation growth is by observing rules and regulations and paying regularly taxes.
Pendharkar further explained how he has helped the flood affected areas and the charity done by the company. While addressing some of the principals of the colleges who were also award winners, he advised them to pay minute attention to the students to develop their unique abilities and discover their passion. Pendharkar said, “It has been observed that nowadays students only gets academically qualified and competent in their subjects without developing other inter personal skills, like communication skills, negotiation skills, leadership skills, etc.”
Pendharkar also explained the challenges faced by him during early stages of VICCO’s growth. He highlighted importance of establishing a real and genuine connection with the customers and always fixating on the core values.
