UPA chairperson Sonia Gandhi along with son and Congress chief Rahul Gandhi will be attending the swearing-in ceremony of Narendra Modi as the Prime Minister of India for the second term. The swearing-in ceremony will take place tomorrow at Rashtrapati Bhavan in New Delhi amidst top leaders.

Earlier in the day, West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee declared that she wouldn’t be attending Modi’s swearing-in ceremony claiming that the BJP had sent an invitation to those who were affected by Bengal’s ‘political violence.’

The BJP-NDA won 353 of 542 parliamentary seats with over 45 per cent vote share in the recent Lok Sabha polls.
