Just when Twitteratis couldn’t stop congratulating their favourite minister Sushma Swaraj for being appointed as the Governor of Andhra Pradesh few hours ago, Swaraj denied being appointed as the same.

Union Minister Dr Harsh Vardhan today evening in his tweet had congratulated Swaraj by writing, “Congratulations to senior BJP leader and my elder sister, former External Affairs Minister, Sushma Swarajji on being appointed as the Governor of Andhra Pradesh. The people of Andhra Pradesh would get benefitted out of your vast experience in all spheres.”

However, the tweet was in no time deleted by the Union Minister.

Swaraj, who served as the former external affairs minister, clarified the same in her Twitter post by writing, “The news about my appointment as Governor of Andhra Pradesh is not true.”

Swaraj said that she’d called on the Vice President of India Venkaiah Naidu on resigning as the Minister of External Affairs. She said her move was enough for Twitter to appoint her as the Governor of Andhra Pradesh.
