Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray targeted BJP and CM Devendra Fadnavis by slamming the Fadnavis government. He said that the BJP led government was ‘good for nothing’ thereby demanding a separate home minister for Maharashtra.
Thackeray made the comments after a Shiv Sena leader from Mumbai Sachin Sawant was shot dead recently. Apart from Sawant, two more leaders from Sena were shot dead in Ahmednagar district. The Sena chief, as per Economic Times, said, “The Fadnavis government is good for nothing. The situation here is worse than that in Bihar. It is now time the government appoints a separate Home minister for the state.”
He said that if the BJP follows the mantra of inducting criminals into the party to win elections, then acche din would never come.
