Three juveniles booked for raping 13-year-old boy at Children’s Observation Home in Nagpur

    Three underage boys were booked by Jaripatka Police on Friday for raping a 13-year-old boy at the Government Children’s Observation Home situated at Patankar Chowk in Nagpur.

    As per the police, the incident took place on Aug 24 when the three juveniles attacked the 13-year-old boy living with them at the home and then raped him.

    On the basis of complaint by the in charge of the home Namrata Chowdhary,  PSI S Khandekar from Jaripatka Police has booked the three juveniles under sections 377 and 34 of the IPC and sections 4, 8 and 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.
