A three-storey building collapsed in Ahmedabad’s Amraiwadi area in Gujarat on Thursday. While rescue operation is underway and at least seven people have been rescued, several other people are feared to be trapped in the under the debris of the building.
The building was reportedly more than 100 years old as per BJP’s Amraiwadi councillor Baldev Desai. As per reports, there has been no casualty or injuries due to the incident. As soon as the building collapsed administration officials rush to the spot to monitor the rescue operations. Locals are also said to be helping the rescue team for rescuing people trapped under the debris.
