Yoga acharya Kedar Joshi has organised a two-day free workshop on – Effective yogic tips for fasting during Ramazan – primarily for Muslim sisters and brothers at Banyan Hall, Chitnavis Centre on May 21 and 22, 2017.
“During the fast, our intestines become partially weak. Internal cleansing of intestines is still required even if no food is consumed as toxins get deposited. Also, one gets energy through yoga. Several diseases can be eliminated through yoga,” said Yoga acharya Kedar Joshi, who’s the Vedic Counsellor and Founder at Kedar Sanaatana Yoga Shrine. This workshop also aims at improving health of pregnant women, diabetic people, hypoglycaemia, hypertension, acidity, ulcers, senior citizens, etc.
