→ Mahanubhav Panthiya Melawa
Details: Saoner Taluka Mahanubhav Mandal, Nagpur Mahanubhav Mandal and Sarvadharma Sambhav Samajik Seva Mahanubhav Vichar Manch, Mouda will be organizing the Mahanubhav Panthiya Melawa which will go on till December 25. On the last day, Chief Minister of Maharashtra Devendra Fadnavis, Guardian Minister Chandrasekhar Bawankule, Krupal Tumane (Member of Parliament), Datta Meghe (Ex Member of Parliament), MLA Mallikarjun Reddy, former minister Rajendra Mulak and Zila Parishad President Nisha Savarkar will be present.

→ Jan Aakrosh Rally – Protest against ‘anti-people’ policies of BJP government
Details: State Nagpur District Rural Congress Committee, Youth and women wing of congress, National Students Union of India, Indian Trade Union Congress, Seva Dal and some other groups will be conducting a rally – Jan Aakrosh Rally – to protest against the ‘anti-people’ policies of BJP government. This protest will continue till December 25. The rally will be start from Narkhed and will cover all the villages of Nagpur and reach Kamptee on December 25.

→ Aquathalon On Sunday
Details: The first ever Aquathalon – a swimming and running competition, will be organised by Aquatic Association of Nagpur (AAN). Around 200 swimmers are expected to participate in the contest. As part of the competition, the participants will have to swim in the pool for allotted meters and then run for the kilometers according to the age.

→ Abacus Vedic maths competition
Details: The Wik Kid’s Abacus and Vedic Maths along with Rotary Club Nagpur Elite are organizing an open state level Abacus and Vedic maths competition. Ajay Patil, Seema Tiwari and The Wizkid’s Shruti Gandhi are the people behind the event. The event is being organised with an intention to give opportunity to students to compete at the national level.

→ Health camp for bank retirees
Details: The Nagpur chapter of the All India Bank Retirees Federation will be organizing a health check up camp. Also, Senior Nagpur cardiologist Dr Jaspal Arneja will be speaking on the topic – ‘How to prevent heart attack’.

→ Late Dr Jyoti Lanjewar memorial lecture
Details: Well-known scholar Dr Raosaheb Kasbe will be delivering a lecture at a function organsied by Dr Jyoti Lanjewar Smruti Pratishthan. The lecture is being conducted to observe the third death anniversary of poet Dr Jyoti Lanjewar.

Details: A debate – Relevance of Uniform Civil Code in Today’s India – will be conducted by Sanatan Dharam Yuvak Sabha and Bharatiya Vichar Manch.

→ Screening of ‘Pilantoo’
Details: A free screening of the film ‘Pilantoo’ directed by Sanjiv Kolte will be held. The screening is open to all. In the film, Vidarbha artists will be seen in crucial roles.

Details: Singing sesation Shanbkar Mahadevan will be performing live in the musicial programme ‘Katiyar to Kajrare’ as the part of the ongoing Nagpur Mahotsav 2016. The concert is open to all.
